Woohooo! New kits to use for the next futsal outing.

I got the shoes from Queensway only @ SGD49, really a steal imo even to use it as a normal sneakers. Though it would look kinda strange i guess with the mini stud grooves... hehe..

On top of the shoes, on an impulse I also picked up 3 more original jerseys to add to my collection. The fonts are all champions league's and they look really nice with the mini club logos incorporated in the number set. They are, from left to right:

Juventus - Away - Del Piero - 10

Inter Milan - Home - Ibrahimovic - 8

Barcelona - Home - Messi - 10

And *drum roll* the last piece of jigsaw to complete my jersey puzzle!! TA-DA!!

I have been looking high & low for a goalkeeper jersey but it seems like everybody is having trouble getting the original replicas in their hands. However I managed to find this seller in a local forum that does goalkeeper replica jerseys from Thailand. Obviously this is not original T______T but i'm really desperate for one so I went into the dark side.

How befitting this match went. Scholes to bring us to the finals of the champions league and Giggs to deliver us our 17th championship trophy. Did i just hear the gods whispering to his angels to give Gary Neville the gift of flight to send us to the peak of competitive football - Champions League?

MOSKAU! MOSKAU!

After 10 long years, we are finally back in contention for the finals of the Champions League. Ten long years we have waited for the legendary Paul Scholes to bring us to the brink of greatness once more !!


It has been a long time for us Manchester Utd fans who last tasted Champions League glory 10 year back in '99. I could still remember waking up early in the morning, to find Man Utd down by a goal and it was already the 73rd Minute. I immediately sat down on the sofa and cheered for them in my heart, begging them to fight back 1 solitary goal to bring the game into extra time and hopefully scoring a goal or winning the penalty.

Alas it was not to be... Because we did even better by scoring 2 goals in the injury time to bring the Champions League trophy (ノﾟДﾟ)八(ﾟДﾟ　)ノｲｴｰｲ

How fast has times passed by since i was still a secondary school student, awestrucked by that game and couldn't help but gush about the game the whole day that fateful day. I hope to relive that feeling again, this time in magnificient Moscow!
